Job ID: 22-41987 Hybrid JOB DESCRIPTION: The Corporate Contract Recruiter proactively identifies qualified talent for multiple functions. This role sources, profiles coordinates advertising campaigns in order to find the right candidate for the position. Responsibilities will also include developing creative sourcing strategies, interviewing, and screening multiple candidates. We are looking for someone with a passion for quality/excellence that is a team player and has a strong sense of operational urgency. Must have experience sourcing/recruiting for a variety of positions specifically in digital and product marketing. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-2 years recruiting experience REQUIRED SKILLS:- Regular interaction with all levels of management Strong business acumen, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail Ability to handle high volume req loads.
- Use of ATS required Ability to engage in and lead multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Taleo strongly preferred.
- Ideally, 1-2 years recruiting experience. (not looking for a seasoned recruiter)
- Focus on sourcing skills for 'technology' roles.
- Looking to groom someone that is willing to search for candidates, focus on that portion, and train them on the Full Desk later as they learn the systems.
- Needs to be local and willing to come to the office 2 to 3 days a week to start out.
