Data Analyst SeniorLocation: Dallas TX 75202 Duration: 9+ MonthsProfessional Experience:•Experience defining and launching key agile metrics dashboards•4+ years in software / application development organizations•2+ years experience with Jira•Development and delivery of executive presentations•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written•Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban)Responsibilities:Define metrics strategy to convey story of team & org performance on a sprint and PI basisDetermine optimal metrics & dashboards for key metrics categories (defects, dependencies, etc)Define and prioritize the backlog of org wide agile metrics to be built in reporting dashboards, including alignment and inputs from stakeholdersLead team of three dashboard developers and 2 analysts to ensure all agile metrics reporting needs are met across the org on timeTranslate metrics needs into logic for Power BI dashboard team to correct calculate key metricsCollate data on performance of teams across all metrics including beginning of sprint, middle of sprint, end of sprint, Pre PI readiness and PI planning metricsReview metric data across teams, validate and seek inputs from Agile coaches and Solution Train Engineers to build narrative / "why" behind the resultsOversee creation of working level and executive level presentations on a weekly & monthly basis including shaping the story and the key actions recommended.Provide feedback from Metric readouts to Agile Coaches and Solution Train Engineers so that gaps are mitigated
