Our client is looking to hire 3 Service Desk Specialist to join their team. The Service Desk Specialist is part of the first response team for their community of users. The right person will be responsible for providing end user support and software, hardware, and network assistance to internal users within a highly-successful team. Relies on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify, research and resolve technical problems presented through Help Desk tickets. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the networkWork with Laptops, PCs, MACs, and peripherals issueTriage Level I and Level II trouble ticketsResolve print, network and connectivity issuesInterface with infrastructure, database, and development personnelActively contribute to ongoing process improvementPerforms other duties or special projects as assignedAbility to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely mannerMake regular changes in both Active Directory and Office 365 environments

Skills:2+ years customer support/help desk experienceStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills100% phone help desk positionAbility and desire to provide excellent customer-serviceAbility to work independently and communicate clearly in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of and experience working with cellular support (Android and ios)Knowledge of and experience working with Windows, MACKnowledge of and experience working with CitrixKnowledge of and experience working with stringent SLAsKnowledge of and experience working with cellular support (Android and ios)Knowledge of and experience working with virtual supportKnowledge and experience with Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)Knowledge of and experience working with RemedyKnowledge of and experience working with SCCMExperience with detailed documentation and ticketing

Position is located in Dallas - onsite 100% of the time.
