ServiceNow Analyst/Developer for its team in Dallas, TX

Job Description:
  • Deliver a customer experience that is professional and timely
  • Complete necessary data entry into BIDS for purposes of OS and DB remediations
  • Review ServiceNow requests received to ensure its accuracy.
  • Review accuracy of planned dates made and adhere to PCM.
  • Raise ServiceNow change requests and see through to completion
  • Manage ServiceNow SLTN/REQ/INC queues and generate reporting
  • Validate report based activities within the agreed SLAs.
  • Complete department hand-off as required
  • Escalate items that are not getting appropriate attention from internal customers.
  • Interact with Global, Cross Functional and Virtual teams
  • Host daily, weekly and occasional weekend calls where required

Education: Bachelor’s or Equivalent Job Experience

Experience:
  • 5 -10 years experience in banking operation, Operational process management
  • Should have good comprehension skills & be attentive to details
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to make sound decisions based on PCM provided
  • Customer focused
  • Demonstrated strengths across Risk/Controls and Client Excellence
  • ServiceNow modules: INC, CHG, Reporting

Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good oral and written communication skills (Professional customer responses)
  • Good customer service skills, service oriented
  • Attention to details, high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Meticulous, with good initiative & independence, communication skills
