- Minimum of 4 years ServiceNow experience.
- System / Process Automation (Orchestration) experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third party applications.
- Experience with System Discovery and License / Entitlement Management desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operation and procedures.

- Solid understanding of encoded queries, reporting, database views, SQL, stored procedure

- Perform Daily Operations Meeting and CAB meeting.
- Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.
- Deliver and support end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.
- Refine and manage release management best practices (Update Sets, Information Sets, Cloning, naming conventions, etc.) for customizations and upgrades to the platform and applications.
- Assist service owners with leveraging ServiceNow with disciplined design and implementation approaches
