- Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. s
- Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions.
- Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams.
- 7+ years of experience a BSA
- Quote to Cash experience
- Product BSA experience is required (Product gets misunderstood, synonym for project. That is not the case here, really need that PRODUCT experience)
- Writing user stories in Jira, review with business stakeholders, user acceptance testing.
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Siebel CRM Experience is required or Salesforce or any billing application (Oracle Service Cloud or Sales Cloud) will also be a considered.
- Product BSA experience will be a plus.
- M&A experience will be an added advantage.
