Stefanini is looking for a .Net Developer with Sitecore for remote location (100% remote) Job Description: We are seeking a senior level Sitecore .Net Developer that can independently design/develop complex applications with innovative approaches and solutions. The qualified individual will have extensive experience developing applications through the entire SDLC utilizing Sitecore , Vue js or angular, .NET, #, build/deploy Sitecore applications. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Responsibilities:Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and developing functionality across the full stack including database, services, system integration and UI.Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology solutions such as website builds, systems integration, or application development. Collaborates closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Provides comprehensive consultations and analysis at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host-based, distributed, client server, software, hardware, technologies, and tools, etc.).Documents, analyzes, and tests to resolve problems. Implements solutions and provides on-going support. Ability to develop and present technical information and expertise to business areas, IT staff, and management. Contribute to a DevOps culture and development of continuous integrations processes and tools Ensure that the design follows the organization's architectural standards. Evaluate and implement COTS product on premise or in Cloud. Maintain and enforce governance policies and procedures for the Sitecore platform. Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their technical capabilities Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. 8+ years of experience in .Net/C#(.Net 4.6 preferred), MVC 5 Framework/Entity Framework 6, Sitecore CMS V7.x - 9.x, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, and CSS 5+ years' experience in Sitecore CMS like creating Templates, Layouts, Renderings, Sitecore API, Roles & Authorization, Workflows, Publishing, Deployment, Packages, Subsites, Helix architecture, Multilingual websites, Migration, Scaling etc. Hands-on experience managing a Sitecore CMS instances and supporting a team of developers updating the instances. Knowledge/experience with designing and developing on Sitecore MVC, HELIX, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Sitecore on Azure.Experience with migrating/upgrading to Sitecore 9.x.Familiarity with Sitecore application setup, Front end, Back end development, package deployment and admin activities. Familiarity with secure coding and unit testing practices Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Ability to work effectively in an Enterprise Agile and DevOps team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with creative thinking and ability to work on abstract concepts. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
