Undertake numerical analyses using first-principles methods to solve our clients’ most difficult challenges
Perform and report linear and non-linear, static and dynamic analysis in either fluid dynamics or structures. Those could include: wind and climate modeling, water flows, seismic and geotech modeling or vibration analyses.
Collaborate with other structural engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and risk consultants on innovative buildings and infrastructure projects
Work on defined tasks under the close supervision of a senior engineer
Analysis, design, and communication of results to clients both internal and external to Arup

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural engineering, or similar related field
Fundamental knowledge of structural mechanics, fluid mechanics, as appropriate
Understanding of computer programming and statistics
Preferred:

Experience with FEA and/or CFD software
Experience in web or app development
Coursework in data science
