- Experience with VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services) Builds and Releases
- Experience writing scripts to automate code deployments in VSTS as well as server configuration
- Working experience with Azure, including IaaS and PaaS resources is nice to have
- Working knowledge of networks and troubleshooting connection issues
- Good communicator, both face to face and on the phone, as well as writing technical documentation
- Able to work both independently on high priority projects and long-term strategic initiatives requiring work across the organization with team members here in Dallas or remote.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server supporting ASP.NET applications.
- Experience with web hosting configuration components, including firewalls, load balancers, web and database servers and clustering experience
- Due to the 24x7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holiday, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL Always On Availability Groups
- Experience with Disaster Recovery for web applications
