Primary Purpose:Analyzes work and data flow processes to identify areas for improvement opportunities to include work plan development and recommendations to achieve improvement goals.Minimum Specifications:Education:-None.Experience:-Must have six years of experience in a medical business office or hospital environment, to include a minimum of two years experience in the field of registration, financial counselling, billing and/or collections.Equivalent Education and/or Experience:-May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above.Certification/Registration/Licensure:-None.Skills or Special Abilities:-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Must have excellent organizational skills and people management skills. -Must be detail oriented.-Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on project management concepts and methods.-Must have accounts receivable knowledge, auditing methods, and financial systems management skills.-Must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. -Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.Parkland Health and Hospital System prohibits discrimination based on age (40 or over), race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, disability, national origin, marital status, political belief, or veteran status.Vacancy expired!
