- ServiceNow - ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM
- Responsible for Designing, Implementing & Developing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM)
- Support and collaborate with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and on-going support of IT solutions.
- Should provide technical expertise to evaluate the impacts and links between structure, people, process and technology
- The ServiceNow Tech Lead is accountable for configuring and setting up ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM & CSM modules to Prodapt’s clients
- Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform notably CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
- Deep understanding of the key technologies used building ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, SSO, Rest services etc.
- Should have built and applied insight about emerging technology, including ServiceNow roadmap capabilities, to develop and deliver new digital solutions
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches
- Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
- Experience in loading data into SNOW from third party system using Web Services and Import Sets.
- Should have experience at UI Scripting, UI Action UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, service-now admin, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, Database view in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other widespread enterprise technologies
- Should be able to create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Hands-On experience on MID Server Integrations
- Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAM modules
- Hands-on experience in hardware/ software asset reconciliation
- Experience in installing HAM/SAM Modules
- Knowledge on ITIL modules such as Incident, Problem, Change & Request fulfilment
- Hands-on experience in Creating and maintaining API’s and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
- Should be able to build customized dashboards and reports based on client’s requirements
- Implementation and customization of CSM Portal, Agent Workspace and Service Portal
- Having knowledge on TSM, ITOM Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Metrics Intelligence modules are preferred
- Should have experience in deploying packages across test/prod instances
- Having ATF experience is preferred
- Must have interest to coach/mentor junior engineers and deliver assigned tasks
- Should have good slide preparation and presentation skill
- Note: Candidate should be willing to learn new modules in ServiceNow and deliver as per Project requirements
