Find your future with us.Boeing is looking for a Supplier Program Manager (Supplier Program Mgmt.-General) for our Dallas TX facility. The Supplier Program Manager will be an integral member of the Boeing Distribution Product Management team. Provides oversight and management of a product line(s), including financial performance, forecasting demand, cross functional leadership, go to market strategies, delivery to the customer and company’s goals and objectivities. Leads negotiation of contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Acts as the primary interface with our OEM partners in support of Distribution Services business. Completes market analysis and business analysis in support of program and customer improvements. Consults with external customers to resolve program performance issues. Leads teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and product categories. Participates in process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities.This position is a Hybrid position reporting to the DFW site at least three times per week.Position Responsibilities:

Negotiates and manages contracts for product distribution agreements

Engages stakeholders to ensure that program strategies are integrated into business execution.

Optimizes execution of SIOP and other performance metrics

Supports IPT business performance reviews with business plan activities, strategies, help needed

Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, and financial stability market capture and customer satisfaction.

Mitigates risks and issues.

Identifies opportunities for potential growth or product line expansion

Initiates program improvement activities and provides results

Analyzes market trends and competition

Lead/integrate technical and operational guidance to resolve customer issues

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa statusBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

5+ years’ experience in supplier management and/or supply chain management and/or contracts

Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Experience in a role requiring program management, product marketing or supplier management

4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Program/Product management

Experience coordinating with cross functional teams to drive program performance improvements

Experience acting as a liaison between internal and external customers to facilitate communication and drive towards shared goals.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRelocation:This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
