Provides a wide variety of high-level administrative and project management support for the Clinical Program Manager to ensure applicable program requirements, operational processes and fiscal responsibilities are met. This position serves as a liaison for internal departments and external partners to ensure optimal customer service and operational success of program initiatives.This role is a hybrid position (3 days per week in office, 2 days telecommute) with 25% travel to other markets required.Primary Responsibilities:Helps with day to day onboarding needs of new providers and new employees

Creating agendas for new providers

Creating all meeting invites

Facilitating onboarding calls

Correspond with instructors

Makes sure slide decks are updated

Be a backup to new employee orientation instructors (so will co-teach and backup that class)

Help with mentorship programs

Keeps roster for new provider onboarding

Keeps Teams folder updated for onboarding, (all participants are sent invites through Teams)

Helps facilitate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) calls for new providers

Positions in this function are primarily responsible for the effective delivery of training programs across the organization

Keeps abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems

May also be involved in the design process

Positions delivering operations specific training, such as Claims or Customer Service, are in the Training Delivery Operational function

Proficient with Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel)
