- 3+ years of Virtualization experience
- Automation experience: python, C, Shell, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent work experience required

- Experience in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) 2012 R2 or SCCM 2016
- Experience with Vmware
- 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering and supporting System Center Configuration Manager
- Perform software distribution and patch management to Windows PC's, laptops, and servers
- Configuring and troubleshooting distribution points
- Creation of custom queries and reportsCreation of documentation and training of additional support personnel
- Troubleshooting Client Health Issues
- Operating System Deployments and images
- WSUS
- 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering Windows-based Servers at an enterprise level
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems including Server 2008R2/2012R2, SQL
- Application Deployment, SD and Patch management
- Application Packaging
- Provide functional and technical written evaluations of products and operating system upgrades and patches
- Perform 3rd level support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems.
- Good working experience in SCCM Site Maintenance tasks
- Experience in Deploying Applications to End Users (Production) Using SCCM 2012 & SMS.
- Experience in Handling Tickets and Supporting Production Issues.
- Understand client work practices and the nature of their business
