Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to exacting standards,
- Serve food
- Manage cash and credit transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
- Maintain knowledge of food and drink menu, recipes, and ingredients
- Ensure bar area cleanliness and organization
