Cook - Flavor Expert prepares quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day and follows Wingstop operational standards requirements. This position is critical to Wingstop Restaurants; ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation maintaining the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer; follows and comprehends the importance of proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures. The restaurant cook must be able to successfully focus on their job in a calm, yet efficient manner.
A Shift Leader has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This position is critical to Wingstop Restaurants; ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation, customer relations, inventory management, financial accountability, also ensures that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned by the General Manager.
A Cashier - Guest Service Expert has the greatest responsibility in our restaurants – direct guest contact. You will begin the guest experience by greeting every guest with a smile a friendly greeting. You are responsible for continuously engaging guests, guiding them through all aspects of the guest experience including ordering, payment and pick up procedures in the restaurant. Every Team Member is responsible for representing the culture and mission of Wingstop to Serve the World Flavor!

Salary: $10.00 to $16.00 /hour
