Fine dining Restaurant is looking for full/part time energetic and highly motivated bartender for a high-volume establishment.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with cocktails, wine, and beer (both bottled and draft).
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
Serve beer, wine, soft drinks, and prepare mocktails efficiently.
Accurately enter customer orders and process payments through the POS system.
Conduct regular inventory checks of bar supplies and ingredients.
Cut, store, and maintain the quality of perishable items used in beverage preparation.
Collaborate closely with restaurant waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
Assist with taking food orders during peak hours when needed.
Wash and sanitize glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area at all times.
Clear and clean tables in the bar area as needed.
Order, stock, and manage bar inventory and supplies.
Foster a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment for guests.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Prior experience operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system (e.g., Toast).
Strong basic math skills and a keen attention to detail, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
Strong customer service & multitasking abilities.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
Current TABC Certification (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) or completion at hire.
Valid Food Handler Certification or completion at hire.
