We are a fine dining tasting menu restaurant located on lower Greenville and the only one of its kind in Dallas. We are looking for a high quality oriented chef that has a diverse set of skills.
-Must know how to cook, if all you plan to do is stand in a corner and do expo this isn't for you. You must actually enjoy cooking.
-Butchery, whole fish as well as general protein fabrication
-Saucier skills are a plus but can train
-Teaching and mentoring cooks in a way that isn't demeaning, we want to bring everyone up, not down
