Lead ANS Technician/Clinic Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are an Independent Testing Facility specializing in administering onsite non-invasive ANS tests to patients in practices throughout Texas and some in Oklahoma. We are seeking someone to manage scheduling, staffing and training of multiple offices, with general oversight of prepping insurance claims for accuracy prior to submitting to the billing department. This is an in-house corporate job with occasional day-trip travel between offices. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, high-energy individual with healthcare experience. Computer skills, medical coding knowledge and basic bookkeeping skills are necessary.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable in network monitoring technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Some medical coding knowledge

Basic bookkeeping skills

· Work independently, with minimal supervision

· Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities

Able to pass a background check

Job Duties:

· Staff, train and oversee ANS technicians

· Periodic visits to off-site facilities

· Scrub insurance claims for accuracy

· Maintaining patient records

· Fill-in for technicians as needed

· $2,500 Monthly Base While You Train

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required – some college preferred

1+ years’ knowledge and experience in medical office setting

Customer Service and/or Sales Experience preferred
