We are a home visits practice called Homecare Medicine Practice and we are looking for versatile Practice Coordinator who will be responsible in organizing and managing office operations and procedures including but not limited to correspondence, patient communication and scheduling and care, agency facilitation, document tracking and processing. Highly proficient in multitasking and has knowledge of sporadic project management tasks. Understanding the company and its services is essential as educating and training is part of the job. The eventual position is to be the Practice Manager working with doctors and nurse practitioners.
Office Hours: Working hours will fluctuate due to work flow. Hybrid. Flexibility required according to office operation needs. It's a contract job for 3 months to acclimate the job requirements. With or without experience may apply.
