Corinth Veterinary Clinic, a small animal and exotic clinic is currently seeking a FULL OR PART TIME Veterinary receptionist/Technician assistant. Would prefer 1-2 years experience in the Veterinary field, however we are willing to train the right person. Hire for attitude, train for skill. Avian and Exotic experience a plus. Fantastic hours, no nights, and every weekend off!

Requirements: (We are willing to train the right person, attitude is everything)
Ability to work in a group dynamic
Excellent phone skills and client interaction
Computer literate
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Obtain patient history from client and review with technician/doctor
Client education
Veterinary Assisting
Small animal and exotic care
Perform TPR
Be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Restraint of both dogs and cats (exotic animal a plus, however, we are willing to train)
Trim both cat and dog nails (exotic animal a plus, however, we are willing to train)
Express anal glands
Venipuncture a plus, but willing to train
Administer SQ Fluids a plus, but tilling to train
Knowledgeable of basic medications, vaccines and diets
Radiology assisting
Exotic experience beneficial
