The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, a clean background record, and be able to pass a drug test. As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartment community. Responsibilities will include assisting with maintenance requests, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks.
