Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a forklift operator in Fort Worth, TX.
Monday- Thursday 6am- 4:30 pm
Weekly Pay
Duties
Operate forklifts safely to load and unload shipments in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to proper ergonomic practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and operational effectiveness.
Will be moving pallets of bagged mulch/stack
Qualifications
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, order picking techniques, shipping & receiving procedures.
Mechanical knowledge sufficient for basic troubleshooting of warehouse machinery.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.
Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is advantageous.
Must have a valid forklift certification.
Must have clean background and pass a drug test.
