SENIOR MACHINE MECHANICS ONLY

Our company has multiple immediate openings for experienced SENIOR mechanic/technician and fabricators for production and packaging machinery for our growing packaging facilities.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

Technicians are responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all plant machinery and equipment to sustain production at high efficiency levels. In addition, Technicians will be responsible for fabrication, installation, new machinery set up, new packaging lines set up, and fabrication of all warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install, align, and perform mechanical repair on numerous and complex systems and all equipment and machinery of the activity.

Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of manufacturing equipment

Ensure safety requirements and housekeeping rules are followed and that personal protective equipment is properly used.

Ability to run diagnoses, correct mechanical, and basic electrical problems.

Ability to lubricate machinery and do fine tuning for machines

Ability to work with and identify tools. bolts, and screws related to mechanics and industrial machinery

Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies.

Establish and maintain communication with appropriate equipment vendors and suppliers.

Collaboratively work with coworkers, supervisors, and managers on projects

Ability to work as a team and assist as needed

Weld as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum three (10) years of production equipment maintenance experience, preferably in food and beverage environment.

Proficient in using hand, power, shop and diagnostic tools.

Skilled in electrical power/controls, mechanical and fluid handling systems.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.

Welding experience is a plus

Pay: Starting at $60,000 depending on experience and skill level.
