Our acquisition dept. is seeking a experienced Real Estate Paralegal to do the following:
Locate judgement holders to buy their judgements at a discount.
Upon buying of the Judgement, if the Judgement cannot be paid, then initiate the foreclosure process.
Research Probate cases to find properties to buy.
Research filings of affidavit of memorandums of purchase to buy them out.
Check on Bankruptcy cases where Real properties can be purchased at deep discounts.
Negotiate short sales with Lenders.
Research ROAM for deals by buying distressed sellers out of their law suits.
Review daily commerce to find good deals.
