Financial office seeking mature and experienced (3+ years of recent experience) administrative Assistant with a stable work history. Must be organized and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
Must be a self-starter and have an eye for details. Must be a good communicator as you will be communicating with multiple clients via email and via telephone.

General Office Responsibilities
1. Answers telephone calls in English/Spanish
2. Schedules appointments and maintains appointment calendars for principals.
3. Communication with clients via email and telephone (proper grammar and professional demeanor is a must)
4. Outbound calling to request information (non-sales)
5. Ability to manage a variety of spreadsheets with internal tracking information
