We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant. You will perform a wide variety of tasks and duties including administrative and clerical duties. We are a startup company with big plans and we are looking for someone to help us reach our target.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
1. Proficiency in Word and Excel is a must
2. English/Spanish spoken
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
6. Knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
7. Punctual, and Reliable
8. Team Player with a good attitude
9 Proper business etiquette to answer phones and follow-up on company correspondence
Job description:
1. Handles incoming and outgoing calls
2. Respond to customer emails
3. Greets all visitors to the office.
4. Provides temporarily customer service for subsidiaries
5. Helps resolve issues with properties, rentals and construction team
6. Elaborates the monthly payroll payments
7. Maintains constant control to account for all receipts and expenditures of funds, focusing on keeping accurate and detailed information. Order office supplies, and submit and reconcile expense reports
