Business AnalystLocation: Multiple locations.Type- W2 roles, FulltimeRate: $30-40/hr on W2 onlyDescription:Below is the JD for BA for your reference.We are seeking for a Business Consultant to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. The focus of this position is to work closely with the clients to get an understanding of their business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. The position would also help with new opportunities with regards to understanding the business requirements and creating functional response for proposals.Must have:Must have very good communication skillsMust have worked as a BA on Application Development projectsGood documentation and wireframing skillsMust have worked as a BA on a Waterfall model project where Requirements went for at least 2 monthsGood co-ordination skills with projects on a Global delivery model with team members in different geographiesMust have done consulting for a client as an outside vendorMinimum Qualifications:· 4+ years of experience working in full lifecycle IT Projects· Must have experience working on mid to large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business· Proficient with Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, Visio· Proficient with prototyping and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Invision· Team Player, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills· Excellent communication and documentation skills.Please share your resume at
