Freight Forwarder based in Grapevine, Texas is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Dispatcher/CSR Rep.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for booking carriers
Completing documentation for all loads.
Must be able to cover freight for customers.
Must be able to maintain a 98% attendance policy.
Maintain CRM per company policy
Helping Sales Team with RFQ's and bids.
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Must be able to make 25-30 outbound call per day.
Must be able to check on freight moves after hours and weekends.
Must be able to service clients and provide superior skills.
Must have excellent attendance record.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Logistic experience required.
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required
Carrier/ Brokerage experience a must!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work after hours and weekends when required.
In Office Monday Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
