We are a regional trucking company that is transporting truckload freight for many Fortune 500 companies. We have been in business for over 15 years, and our corporate office is based in Grapevine, Texas. We are seeking to add a bright, energetic personality to our office!
This position is in office , hours are 8 30 am- 5:00 pm. Monday- Friday.
Weekends must be able to take calls from drivers and set up interviews.
Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy
Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources
Screen and interview drivers
Coordinate and schedule new hires for orientation
Going over orientation with drivers and answering questions.
Process verification of previous employment
Enter and maintain up-to-date information in drivers database.
Monitor and answer daily emails and messages from potential candidates
Monitor and answer to verification of employment for previous and current drivers.
Maintain DOT files for all drivers.
Maintain all drug testing files and safety files for current drivers.
Process all candidates
All driver recruiting, and owner operators
Assist Dispatch with POD, Drivers etc.
Skills
Recruiting experience needed
Working knowledge of the Logistics Industry needed
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable follow up skills with applicants
Ability to interact with personnel in all departments at all levels
Compensation: $17-$19 hour! Medical Benefits from Baylor, PTO, Paid Holidays.
This is a long term, career oriented position.
