PDP Trucking Inc, a DFW-based carrier company, is looking to fill the position of an ADMIN / DISPATCHER Office Assistant. Training will be available for 90 day probation period.
The ideal applicant will have the following qualities and qualifications:

- Need to speak fluent English; bilingual (Russian, Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Duties shall include:
- Data Entry
- Helping Owner Operators with Self-Dispatching.
- Assist in Shipping Specialist department first and BTO Integration department secondary.
- Provide the necessary direction for planning, organization, direction and emphasis on quality services of Owner Operators to meet established company growth goals.
- Process new Owner Operator applications and orientation.
- Duties will mostly include everything regarding FMCSA regulations for Trucking industry.
- Minimum FMCSA regulations knowledge is preferred but not required for Admin Office Assistant position. (Training will be given).
This is a full-time position between 8:00AM - 5:00PM (lunch 60 min).
On Call after hours are available for extra hours at 1.5 times pay.
NOTE: At PDP, our dispatchers are called Shipping Specialists
