About Job:We are hiring a talented Service Desk Management professional to join our team.A Mid-Level resource must have 3 years or more systems experience in ServiceNow, along with the requirement they are a Certified Administrator for ServiceNow.Additionally, they must have a thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module.The Certified Administrator must have general knowledge of the ITIL framework, and a good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks, JavaScript, and Angular JS (Jelly);
  • SQL and databases and HTML and CSS - UI Pages, Content Pages, Home Pages.
  • A Senior Level resource that must have 5 years or more systems experience in ServiceNow with thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each
  • ITSM ServiceNow module.
  • Developer must be proficient in these ancillary skills:
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ITSM to Other Applications, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ITSM to Other Applications, ACL and ACL debugging.
  • Developer must have general knowledge of the ITIL framework, and a good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes.
  • Should have knowledge of: Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection with other database/instance, Webservice System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks, JavaScript, and Angular JS (Jelly)
  • SQL and databases; and
  • HTML and CSS - UI Pages, Content Pages, Home Pages
