The Bridgemoor at DeSoto is an active senior living community located in DeSoto, Texas. It is a 240-unit community. We are looking to hire a full time Porter/Maintenance/Make Ready Tech who will be responsible for the following:
To work as a team with rest of the maintenance staff and respond to maintenance request in a timely fashion
To maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the interior and exterior of the property
To conduct turns of vacated units including general repairs, appliances repair and generally making units ready and in top quality condition for new tenants to occupy.
To clean and maintain pool, hot tub and pool area in top condition in accordance with state public pool and management requirements. Applicant must have CPO (Certified Pool Operator License) preferable.
To have a professional and positive attitude
To be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
To be organized, detailed and have excellent work ethic.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance/apartment make ready experience is a must
Must be neat, well groomed, well-spoken and able to interact with residents and management in polite and courteous manner
A minimum of 2 years' experience is required
Must have a valid driver's license
