SALES ASSOCIATE - Original Penguin is searching for sales associates who can create an engaging shopping experience for our stylish customers. Sales Associate are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, merchandising, replenishing of sales floor as well as maintaining the overall visual appearance of the store in order to achieve a high level of service and sales productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Retail experience
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to lift merchandise onto and from stockroom shelving which may require use of a ladder or step stool
Lifts boxes containing merchandise and store supplies
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree
SUPERVISORS - The Supervisor actively supports and reinforces the Store Manager in ensuring the store meets its goals and standards in the areas of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and visual. The Supervisor is expected to display and encourage selling skills that lead to high sales productivity to motivate staff members to meet goals and expectations set forth by the company. The Supervisor is responsible for operating the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Lifts merchandise onto and from stockroom shelving which may require use of a ladder or step stool
Lifts boxes containing merchandise and store supplies
Previous experience as supervisor or relevant role
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree; BS degree would be a plus
