Warehouse Associate - Grand Prairie Location
What will I be doing?
At Champs, our trusted Warehouse Associates are responsible for moving material within our warehouse, while adhering to the facility work rules. Our facility is air conditioned and heated. Your duties may be accomplished by lifting (up to 50 pounds), placing, carrying, pushing, rolling (cages, carts, or ladders), pallet jacks (manual or powered), order pickers, banding tools, packaging equipment or other material handling equipment. This position reports to a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager as assigned.
Essential duties include the following:
Meets company productivity and quality standards
Stacks and arranges products.
Wraps/packs orders for shipping.
Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and random tests throughout the year.
Must be on-time, clean, drug free, sober and appropriately dressed.
Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a positive attitude and be respectful to co-workers at all times.
Typical Work Week:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
