We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to initiate and execute the onboarding process for our new consultants. Our Onboarding Analysts take ownership of the onboarding process for their candidates and manage all the required steps to ensure the correct pre-employment screens, client paperwork, and the I9/E-verify are completed, in a timely manner. Successful candidates will balance competing priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer-service to internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Applicant tracking systems will be beneficial and knowledge of U.S employment regulations are preferred.
