Prior DirecTV Exp Preferred.
Responsible for managing Direct TV Technicians.
Write letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence
Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill
Understanding of doing so, using multiple methods is required. The ability to perform this job takes focus, skill, and attention to detail.
This position is a key component to ensure that the area is complying with client and state requirements.
