To do development in the Cloud for a brand new (green fields) payments system. You should be an expert in Cloud Development.

Looking for a specialist in one of each of the following areas to tell other developers how to do this:

Specializations:

- Niche - quality engineering

Knowing how to run end to end quality program

"Teach ppl how to fish"

- Scripting/Automation, GIT/GIThub

AWS/Google Cloud Platform

- Data Engineering - how should data management happen in a cloud

-Messaging - message oriented systems (how to do that in the cloud)

- Security - data privacy, end to end security, how you tokenize/mask/redact info, identity/access control

Manager cares strongly about -

Passion about technology

Bias for action (get things done mentality)

He cares about automation

Quality software engineering

SDLC and agile

Must have 3-5 years of google cloud (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS

8 plus years as a software engineer (architect is nice but MUST CODE, looking for engineers more than architects)

Java - 5 years min (not web- server side - this is server side - cloud side)

Python - 5 years min

JavaScript is a plus
