Over Night (Outdoor) Part Time Weekends included (12-15hrs a week to start)
- Location: (Saginaw)
Job Purpose:
Provide a physical presence at client locations to prevent and deter theft, vandalism and trespassing.
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.
Duties:
Secures premises by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Prevents loss and damages to customer properties by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; contact local Police Department to report any violations.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities on a nightly basis.
Ability or work both indoors and outdoors in any weather conditions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have a strong work ethic with the desire to help others
- Self motivated individual, ability to work both in supervised and unsupervised positions
- Level II or Level III Texas Security certified preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate both written and orally in a professional manner, Nightly reports are required
- Neat and professional appearance at all time
- A working cell phone
- Ability to walk for extended periods of time outdoors.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good decision making ability
- Ability to control emotions and professionalism at all times
- Prior Military experience preferred
All training is paid by the company
Starting pay is $14hr
