Business Analyst
Position Description CGI is looking for Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, partnering with development resources on needs, defining and creating reports and dashboards within the Salesforce platform, and working hand in hand with Change + Adoption team to drive utilization of the tool, including within Sales Operations.Your future duties and responsibilities• Gathering business requirements, gap analysis, process flows, road mapping, solution design• Develop process flow diagrams• Serve as a product owner as defined by Agile methodology• Proficient in writing features, user stories, and user acceptance criteriaRequired qualifications to be successful in this role• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field• Relevant Business Analyst experience• Salesforce Admin experience and/or certification preferred• Understanding of Agile principles• Establishing immediate credibility with clients, internal stakeholders & leaders.• High attention to detail through proofing, follow-through and scheduling• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while balancing priorities for efficient workflow• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and documentation skills• Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems• Detail oriented• Adeptness to work collaboratively on a team as well as independentlyDesired Qualifications:• Telecommunications experience• Sales ExperienceSkills:• Lean Kit• Jira AlignThis role can be located anywhere in the US however, preferred locations are Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia.Est.
