Job Description - Senior Data Analyst - Emerging Services
SENIOR DATA ANALYST - EMERGING SERVICES Dallas, TX - New York City, NY - Norwalk, CT ICS is immediately hiring a Senior Data Analyst who will be heavily involved with medical/healthcare data and trends to enhance our Client's value based care offerings. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units (Sales, Finance, Operations, Client Success and Product) to outline key areas of opportunity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), value frameworks and outline reporting use cases. What You'll Do:- Analyze operational, clinical and financial across multiple data sources (operational and claims)
- Research new Value-Based Care models and changes to existing models
- Develop data-driven approaches for operational improvement in a Value-Based Care environment
- Outline use cases for data-driven insights
- Support early product development for emerging services
- 1 to 3 years of experience with SQL
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant Data focused position
- Strong quantitative skills
- Business analysis experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience in working in an Agile environment
- Microsoft Excel and SQL skills is a plus
- Healthcare/Medical/Healthcare claim experience is desired
- Curiosity and self-motivation, along with a growth mindset
