We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Business Technology (BT) team of our client in Dallas, TX. As we begin a major effort to transform our CRM activities to Salesforce, we are looking for a strong Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team to help build out our solution and develop our internal Salesforce capabilities. You need to possess a strong and well-rounded technical acumen to work effectively across multiple projects. You will play an important role in the implementation of Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds and work closely with our Lead Architect on the integrations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InContact CXOne and our other internal solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing new features and the maintenance and enhancements of existing functionality
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an extensible and performant system architecture
  • Works effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms, tools, methodologies and their underlying principles
  • Designs and develop software required to support the business
  • Provides technical leadership, coach and mentor team members to produce good quality software
  • Communicates effectively with team members and project leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Provides application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance related issues.

Requirements:
  • Salesforce Developer certification is required
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or MIS and relevant field of study is preferred.
  • Very proficient in all areas of Software Development and Agile Methodologies.
  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience to develop and maintain apex modules, Visualforce pages and lightning components customization and Process Builder flows is required
  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience to develop and maintain Salesforce standard and custom objects, custom permission sets, custom workflows, Apex customizations is required
  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience integrating new systems, install 3rd party applications, and upgrading the Salesforce environment through Rest and Soap APIs is required
  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SFDC Bulk & SOAP, REST APIs, batch process, Integration Security
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Git source control and CI/CD is required
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in using .NET/C# or Java/J2EE development environment is required
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on development experience using CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and HTML5 is required
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on development experience with backend database is required.
