IT Operations Engineer Analyst 3

AlixaRx is looking for a Software Systems Analyst 3 in Plano, TX. This candidate will perform as technical support lead or lead designer/builder of infrastructure systems and projects; Designs, constructs, implements, monitors and maintains systems and procedures designed to cost-effectively support end-user productivity and connectivity on the corporate, pharmacy and customer location Wide Area Networks (WANs) & Local Area Networks (LANs).
ÂProvides lead system architect and consultative services to end-users to identify, design, deploy or support product enhancements to current infrastructure systems
ÂProvides oversight and direction for other Operations Engineers performing system architect duties to design, construct, test, document, and implement standard end-user productivity products and supporting network components for the corporate, pharmacy and customer locations
ÂProvides oversight and direction of advanced system support through Company Helpdesk when needed to resolve issues related to support end-users
ÂMentors other operations engineers in collection of data from monitoring and performing systems maintenance and implementation of improvements for infrastructure systems in all locations

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or five (5) years of professional level experience in computer systems construction, Virtual Machines, Thin Clients, maintenance, and support
Must have a minimum of four (4) years work experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Must have knowledge of popular local area network user applications. Preferably have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Server, Citrix Presentation Server, VMWare and Email packages
Must have a general knowledge of local and wide area network function and operation
Requires Microsoft Certified Professional at Windows 2007 Level or above or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Citrix Certified
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Administrator, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or VMWare Certified Professional
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS
Good oral, phone, and written communications skills
Ability to advanced triage and troubleshoot behavior and performance of information technology systems
Ability to build mechanical IT systems and operating systems installation with no supervision
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
