- Conducting research and analysis in support of regional activities and functions.
- Maintaining situational awareness of critical infrastructure operational activities within the region and identifying and analyzing infrastructure issues to develop recommendations for programs related to critical infrastructure protection, incident response support, information sharing, and other topics.
- Researching, analyzing, coordinating, and providing operational updates during regional contingency operations, exercises, and/or special events.
- Producing information packets on locations and events to facilitate critical infrastructure threat information sharing.
- Researching, analyzing, and advising senior leadership, and headquarters personnel of critical infrastructure trends in region to maintain leadership situational awareness.

- Are you a current or former federal employee? Submit a copy of your SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action that demonstrates your eligibility for consideration, e.g., length of time you have been in your current/highest grade (examples of appropriate SF-50s include promotions, with-in grade/range increases); your current promotion potential; proof of permanent appointment if applying based on an interchange agreement; etc.
