Description -Work with the software development team to implement test methods and validate test cases. -Develop methods manual and automated testing of applications. -Develop and maintain test cases and product test plans to eliminate defects. -Review customer issues and brainstorm solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. -Provide leadership in all areas of software quality. -Write test automation code using scripting languages and QA tools. -3+ years experience as a Software QA Engineer or Software Test Engineer. -Experience in manual and automated testing. -Strong communication skills. -Experience using QA scripting software such as Selenium. -Experience using JIRA or similar. -Experience delivering software in an agile, CI-based environment. -Understanding of computer security. US Citizenship is required for this role.
