- Technical Experience on projects involving implementation & support of Salesforce - Core Platform – Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, and Mulesoft
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance field
- Experience with Salesforce development platform
- Experience with APIs and API testing tools – Postman, SOAP UI is a must.
- Very good automation experience with device agnostic testing
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming languages, and development experience
- Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in a Salesforce environment
- Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, LWC, Javascript, html, CSS
- Selenium script writing experience 3-5 years hands on
- Salesforce automated test scripts experience preferable 3-5 years (sales and service cloud)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
- Automated pipeline integration – desirable
- Telecom domain experience is desirable
