Technology Support Analyst Dallas, TX Salary Min: $70k Max: $75k
Job DescriptionOne of the world's leading law firms is currently seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join their DFW office. This well-establish law firm has been in business for over 100 years and has more than 4000 lawyers in 30+ offices across the world. The Technology Support Analyst reports to the IT manager and is responsible for supporting desktop/laptop systems and software. This role is responsible for resolving issues of a moderate to complex nature [L-II support]. The person in this role will also be the liaison between the company's IT staff and end-user community. This is a direct-hire, full-time role located in Downtown Dallas. The position pays on an hourly basis, and the converted salary is $70k-$75k per year, depending on experience. Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years' experience in hardware/software support [Windows Based]
- Associates degree in related field, or commensurate work experience
- Experience analyzing and documenting software issues and resolutions
- Skilled in software troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate on a technical level with all members of the organization
- Microsoft Office Certification or A+ Certification
- Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
- Routine server/application maintenance
- Coordination with system/network engineering team
- Competitive Pay: Up to $70,000-$75,000 DOE
