We are a tech support company that has been serving customers and local businesses in the DFW area for over 13 years. We have great reviews and work hard to take care of every customer. We have a retail location, but also are mobile and offer onsite support. We are looking for an experienced technician that can:
1. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify issues with PCs, Macs and simple networks
2. Build trust with the customer and clearly communicate the issue and solution
3. Be effective in sales and communications (Sales is a must)
4. Experience in repairing all operating systems, laptops, desktops and servers
5. Experience in repairing screens, keyboards, hard drives
6. Network experience is a huge plus
7. Security camera experience is a huge plus
8. Have reliable transportation and a valid TX drivers license
This is a full time position with a very honest, stable and solid company. We are hiring the right person for our team ASAP.
