This candidate should have strong ability to lead and guide 4-5 team members under him and Must be willing to learn new tools and technologies whenever required.
- Strong customer service attitude and communication (working with C-level executives a plus)
- Vast technical depth; experience working within desktop support
- Insatiable technical curiosity loves to keep up to date on the latest technologies
- Security knowledge: anti-malware/ anti-virus
- Active directory, Enterprise support experience
- PowerShell Scripting, Automation is required. Must know how to write scripts.
- Strong technical knowledge in Windows and Linux systems.
