We are looking for a multi-faceted IT Specialist to support our busy corporate headquarters in North Dallas. Your end users will include everyone from customer support to marketing to our CEO! If you enjoy being a problem solver for even the most "technically challenged" - we need you!
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Help Desk, Tech Support or IT Generalist position
- A+, Network+ or similar certs a plus, but not required
- Strong troubleshooting on Mac and PC
- Excellent understanding of MS Office
- Ability to set-up and troubleshoot phone systems
- Wifi and Network set- up and troubleshooting
- Great communicator, please don't make us feel dumb for asking IT questions!
Ideal Candidates will have:
- an easy going and approachable "people first" attitude toward tech support
- a good work history with tenured experience and good references from prior employers
- reliable attendance and ability to be "on call" for emergencies (our call center operates 7 day a week 7am-10pm)
- flexible and willing to jump into projects when needed
